ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN POLICY
You can absolutely return the merchandise you purchased online to us for any reason within 5 days of delivery.  Please make sure to keep all original packaging until you have decided to keep the item, as all items need to be returned in their original packaging, with all parts still intact, you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.  Shipping charges or the 15% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Refunds on all items that were not labeled "non-refundable" at time of purchase will be issued back to you in the same means it was paid within 48 hours of the item being received by us and inspected.

Damaged Items
We take great care to make sure your new favorite household item reaches you in pristine condition.  However, we know that sometimes accidents happen and we are here to help.  We will gladly replace any items that are damaged or defective on arrival.  Damage must be noted with the delivery company at the time of delivery.  Note the damage on delivery or refuse delivery and contact us within 72 Hours.  The best people for that job are our friendly Warranty and Repair Service team at 479-365-7046.  The company will help you to exchange or return your product back. Products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days.  

Mattress purchases

Mattresses are covered by our 100 night sleep guarantee and a 1 to 20 year warranty depending on the mattress.
