Return Policy

Orders outside of Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Kansas, or Missouri

We haul our own freight to the above states so if you live there skip past this. 

If you live outside of this area, then we send your furniture via LTL shipment on a Semi truck. YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT. The truck driver has a Bill of Lading if you must note any damage before signing this. You need to NOTE THE BOL WITH ANY DAMAGE. We cannot cover the furniture if there is a clean BOL. When you sign the BOL it is stating you accepted the furniture in perfect condition. 

If it is just minor damage note the BOL and sign. If it is major damage deny the shipment completely and we will send out another immediately. 

Return and refund

We have 30 a day return policy. If you find any problem with the products, please contact us Mail: (support@Furnishings4Less.com) To return your product for a refund if in unused and excellent condition. If you'd wish to return your item, FREE exchange. Shipping back to us, so as to urge refunded you want to contact us at Mail: (support@Furnishings4Less.com) before returning the item for return instructions.

Not as described or wrong Product

If you discover your order is incorrect, please contact us at Mail: (support@Furnishings4Less.com) with photos of the merchandise. We'll provide a return shipping label and we'll ship a replacement Product immediately

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (support@Furnishings4Less.com). We will process the FREE exchange at our Springdale AR warehouse. 

Restocking Fee

Our customers will be responsible for 15% restocking fee that may be applied at our discretion.

Defected:

If you find any defects on your product please contact us Mail: (support@Furnishings4Less.com). You need to send proof to us product picture where you found defects. Then we will send you a new product. All defects are subject to manufacturer approval. For additional warranty protection please ask about our guardsman elite protection plan.

Change of mind

Change of mind isn't acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please Note! Color, size or texture could even vary from photo as some products are natural and handmade.

 Cancel order

We usually ship orders within 72 hours. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 48 hours.
